  1. Unzip Tagit.zip and load Sample.exe to start the app.
  2. source code is included.  This little app is an example on
  3. how to add a little help caption to any object on any form.
  4. Its pretty simple so if you can improve on it please do so.
  5. date your improvement and upload the new version as tagit1.zip
  6. etc...  We may see it grow to something like Tagit10.zip or 
  7. it may just be flushed down the old chiptoilet ...
